Effective April 7th, the company will start operating from the southernmost island country with an offsite model for its employees.

Teleperformance aims to deliver 2000 seats during 2022 via a work-from-home model, starting with the on-boarding of employees during an initial pilot in April with 50 agents. They will be working closely with a local human resources provider for recruitment and payroll services during this phase with additional business facilitation support from the country’s national investment promotion agency (IPA), InvesTT.

InvesTT made first contact with Teleperformance in November 2021 after the IPA promoted BPO investment opportunities during its virtual Trinidad and Tobago Investment Forum which attracted over 900 registrants.
