Job Summary/ Overview

Responsible for ensuring the correct application of new payroll information, settlement, review of social benefits and social security, analysis of information, generation of reports and reconciliation of payroll accounting accounts.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

(May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)

  • Analyze and validate the information received by the different areas.
  • Verify the correct application of novelties, accruals, and discounts to the employee.
  • Review withholding at source for salaries.
  • Liquidation and process workers' social benefits: bonuses, severance payments, severance interests and vacations.
  • Validate social security liquidation and law requirements.
  • Liquidations of per travel novelties.
  • Record accounting entries for payment of labor reconciliations, advances, adjustments, social security.                                                                                                                         
  • Ensure the correct accounting and accounting reconciliation of the payroll.
  • Generate and review reports to external entities, to guarantee the quality of the information.

Main Job Requirements

Education and Specific Training
  • Professional in Public Accounting, Administration, Economic or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and social security processes.
  • Desirable to have worked for companies with many employees.
