Job Summary/ Overview

Responsible to perform searches for possible suppliers, ensuring the supply of goods and services required by the company; leads the way in quotation and price negotiations with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Search for potential suppliers for the adequate supply of goods and services according to user requirements.
  • Develop according to the company's needs RFI, RFQ and RFP processes as appropriate.
  • Support users in the purchasing process.
  • Quotations of suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Elaborate the purchase order and register it in the system.
  • Send purchase orders once authorized.
  • Send the purchase order to providers and delivery instructions.
  • Contribute on procurement annual plan.
  • Collaborate with ICQ and auditing processes. 

Main Job Requirements

Education and Specific Training

  • Professional in business administration.
  • Related careers.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing processes.
  • It is desirable to have worked for companies with many employees.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office, advanced excel, Purchasing ERP.
  • Coupa/Ariba (Disirable).
