Carenet Health, an advanced healthcare business support organization (BSO), has announced that it will open a new solution delivery centre in Trinidad and Tobago in Q4 2024. The investment was facilitated over a period of 10 months by InvesTT which is now part of the recently established Trinidad and Tobago Trade and Investment Promotion Agency.
According to Carenet’s release, this move represents another step in the company’s global mission to support their client partners and deliver the economic benefits of right-shoring. Carenet defines right-shoring as the strategic discipline of selecting the best-fit geographical and financial model needed to meet the ever-changing requirements for the business of healthcare. Trinidad and Tobago was chosen as the location because of the country’s high-quality talent, English fluency, time zone alignment to the U.S. and exceptional sales and engagement outcomes. Carenet’s newest location will staff over 200 health advisors in Port of Spain.
