InvesTT is currently seeking to attract local real estate owners/developers to partner with international hotel operators to develop new hotel room stock in Trinidad and Tobago. If you are a real estate owner and fit the following criteria, please fill out the questionnaire using the link below.
- Ownership/control over a minimum of 20,000sf of real estate in the city centres/environs of Port of Spain/San Fernando/Chaguanas/Couva/Arima
- Ownership/control over a minimum of 50 acres of prime ocean view/beachfront property in Trinidad or Tobago
- Ability and willingness to provide further technical details on the above
- Evidence of the development of major commercial real estate in the past 5 years.
